British artist on display in the Axarquia

Expat art

Expat-art-2A BRITISH artist is enjoying a brush with success with her paintings of Spanish life.

From flamenco dancers to matadors, the works of 60-year-old expat Margaret Riordan are to go on display at Sevilliano, in Nerja and Bar Choto, in Torrox, for a year.

A former secretary from Bristol, Riordon told the Olive Press that painting is a ‘relaxing and rewarding pastime’.
