bieber house 2JUSTIN Bieber has snapped up one of Spain’s most desirable properties.

The 22-year-old pop singer splashed €5 million on a Lanzarote bolthole after falling in love with the island during a visit with his new girlfriend, the 17-year-old daughter of Lionel Ritchie, Sofia Ritchie.

The property is perched on a rock and boasts enviable panoramic views across most of the Canary island.

“He asked specifically for a quiet place with absolute privacy,” said Alessandro Proto, CEO of Proto Group Ltd who managed the sale.

“This magnificent villa is absolutely isolated, as you can see from the pictures, it has an area of 2,000 square meters, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and direct access to the sea.”

Canadian Bieber wanted the property so much he paid €800,000 over the €4.2 million asking price.

“The singer wanted it at all costs,” added Proto.
