Cruel thieves burgle Costa del Sol animal charity

HEARTLESS thieves have burgled Costa del Sol animal shelter ADANA.

The cruel crooks swiped a portable generator and extension cable from the Estepona refuge after breaking in during the dead of night.

Staff and volunteers returned to work on Monday morning to find the compound at Parque de los Pedregales had been broken into.

President Mary Page said: “’You have to be pretty low to steal from an animal charity.

“We need a constant supply of power and use the generator as back-up to our recently-installed solar supply.”
