FOUR men suspected of transporting a corpse in their boat in Marbella in fact had a large tuna.
Police received a call from the member of the public concerned the men were transporting a dead body.
However, it emerged the men had merely caught a 111kg bluefin tuna, allegedly illegally.
The deceased fish was later found by police in the cold room of a local restaurant.
