Mystery as three men attempt to kidnap woman at gunpoint near Spain’s Costa del Sol

THREE men have been arrested for the attempted kidnapping of a woman in Cadiz. 

The trio of suspects were cuffed last night after assaulting the woman and attempting to kidnap her at gunpoint.

The terrifying ordeal occured at around 9.30pm in El Palomar nighbourhood of Sanlucar de Barrameda.

The woman was in a building on Calle Paloma when the attack occured.

Policia Nacional have not released further details other than that the three aggressors have been caged.

A full investigation has been launched into the causes or motive behind the kidnap attempt.

It comes a month after three foreign men kidnapped a woman in broad daylight in Sevilla and bundled her into a car.

Luckily she put up such a fight that they crashed and were forced to flee on foot.

They were quickly arrested by on the beat police.
