THREE people from Ireland have died and another left severely injured after a car crash in Malaga.
Two vehicles collided at an exit road on the A-7 motorway heading out of Malaga towards Almeria in the early hours of Sunday, with one of the cars going over the side of the hill and plummeting 30 metres.
Police, emergency firefighters and paramedics rushed to the area to assist the injured from the wreckage.

Tragically, three people were declared dead, their ages ranging from 22-24 to 31-32, Guardia Civil sources confirmed to The Olive Press.
Another man, also from Ireland and believed to be the 35-year-old brother of one of the victims, was severely injured and is currently hospitalised in Malaga.
A fifth person was also injured, reported to be a woman aged 64.

Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs Helen McEntee has called this an ‘absolutely devastating accident, devastating for all of the families involved’.
Speaking to Irish broadcaster RTÉ, she added that the goal now was to provide ‘consular support’ to the affected families.
