A SEARCH has been launched for a young Norwegian woman who has vanished from Marbella’s Puerto Banus after celebrating Norway’s historic World Cup win over Brazil.
The woman, named only as Nikoline, was last seen at Funky Buddha, a nightclub in Puerto Banus.
She had been watching Norway’s last-16 tie against Brazil with a group of other young Norwegians.
Norway won 2-1 on Sunday night, with Erling Haaland scoring twice in the closing minutes to knock Brazil out and send Norway into their first-ever World Cup quarterfinal.

Nikoline failed to return home after the celebrations that followed.
Her family have appealed for information through SOS Desaparecidos, Spain’s national missing-persons network, which works alongside police to coordinate searches and public appeals.
The appeal describes her as 175cm tall, with blonde or bleached hair.
She was last seen wearing a long pink dress with an Arabic-style print.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the family directly, or the Policia Nacional, Spain’s national police, on 091, or the European emergency number 112.
Her family are asking people simply to share the appeal — whatever the information, however small it might seem.
