A COUPLE who shocked fellow drivers on Marbella’s A7 motorway by having sex in public have been handed fines and point deductions.
The Guardia Civil confirmed that they identified the man and woman in the car, who went viral on social media on June 20 after another motorist filmed the wild romp.
The video showed the naked back of a woman on the driver’s seat, blocking the driver’s view of the road.
She also leant the entire upper half of her naked body out the window and stretched out her arms.
Traffic officers have confirmed that the couple were foreign tourists who had hired the vehicle during their stay in Malaga.
Both driver and passenger were identified and charged with reckless driving and not wearing their seatbelts.
They were asked to pay their fines on the spot. The driver paid a €500 fine and had a 6-point license deduction.
Under Spanish law, the driver and passenger do not face the same consequences. For reckless driving, disregarding safety measures and not wearing a seatbelt, the woman was fined €200.
