THE BODY of a 33-year-old man with two bullet wounds was discovered on a Marbella road on Monday morning.
The Policia Nacional are leading an investigation with the victim fatally shot in the abdomen.
The Senegalese national was found at around at 2.20am by passers-by who contacted emergency services.

The Policia Nacional and Policia Local attended the scene with health workers unable to save his life.
There was an initial suspIcion that the man could have been the victim of a hit-and-run accident.
The Diario Sur newspaper said that a report had been made earlier over an incident in the same area of Marbella- in the vicinity of Calle Pinto Pacheco.
Several shots were heard as a well as witnesses seeing up to three people fleeing the scene in a car.
Sources told local media that an open mind is being kept over the killing and that police don’t believe it is linked to organised crime.
The Specialised and Violent Crime Unit (UDEV) of Policia Nacional in Marbella are conducting the investigation.
