Home property sales in Spain rose by over 6% in 2022, but market cooled later in the year
HOME property sales grew by 6.1% during 2022 to reach 719,680 units- the biggest figure in 15 years- according to the General Council of Notaries. Prices rose by 7.2% compared to 2021
