• Car specialist Glass's Guide says January is the best time to buy a car |
A NEW car is unlikely to be a priority for most people as the Christmas bills land on the doormat.
But January is the best time to buy a car thanks to fresh stock and dealers eager to make a sale during the quiet period, according to car specialist Glass’s Guide.
The best deals are on convertibles, which for obvious reasons are in much lower demand in the winter than the summer.
The guide also recommends considering purchasing a pre-registered model, which could save you thousands on what is effectively a brand new car
