Is this madness? Spain has more expensive mega structures than it can keep occupied, and the banks who lent money for a generation of white elephants are needing their money back. Why not give the Seville Trade Centre a new lease of life? Build up the Granada airport site? Or even better, recycle the Cuidad Real airport.
