JEREZ is alive with the sound of clapping, castanets and stomping.
Which can only mean one thing; the annual Flamenco Festival is underway.
It is one of the most important flamenco festivals in Andalucia with a rich programme boasting internationally renowned stars.
In its 16-year history the festival has become famous for unveiling colourful new shows.
There is also a programme of courses and workshops being held for anyone who feels inspired to join in.
The festival runs from February 24 to March 10.
Glad to see you are covering this. But a real story with some actual reporting would be nice.
