Residents in Rincon de la Victoria will now be fined up to €1,500 if they leave rubbish out at undesignated times, the town hall has announced.

  1. Will the Town Hall be hiring “Bin Police” to reduce unemployment at the same time they raise money for the Town treasury? Far better/easier to have local Police stationed on major street corners, immediately FINING drivers illegally speaking on their Movile phones while driving. That would improve safety as well as making it easier/faster to raise $$
