A MAN and a woman have been taken to hospital after their cars collided in a tunnel by Algeciras this morning.
The accident happened at the same point where a man was tragically killed in a road accident on January 14.
Access to the tunnel had been restricted but it opened again at 11.
The injured are currently being assessed at Punta Europa Hospital in Algeciras.
A spokesman for the hospital said both people suffered ‘mild’ injuries and are being kept in to undergo more medical tests.
