Spain’s job listings omit key information

spainworkersALMOST three-quarters of Spain’s job listings do not mention wage or salary.

The startling statistic was reported in an employment study by UGT, the Barcelona workers’ union. Their report also found that more than half of job listings they looked at omitted information about work hours.

The UGT said Spain’s labour market is ‘precarious and poorly paid’.
