A PROPERTY business looking to expand into Spain has scooped a top British business award.
Wyldecrest Parks won the 2015 London Loves Excellence Retail & Property Award at last week´s London gala dinner.
The awards bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs and government officials to celebrate business achievement.
The company, one of the UK´s largest mobile home operators, has grown to be valued at around €273 million after being set up in 2001.
It hopes to expand overseas and bring the business to the attention of expats in Spain and Portugal.
Chairman Alfie Best said: “It’s still hard to find the right words to describe this feeling… It’s such a roller-coaster of emotions! But I’m over the moon!
“This recognition goes to the Wyldecrest family, to the people who work very hard every single day to push this business forward…and I want to thank them for this achievement.”
