A MULTI-MILLION selling songwriter wants businesses to motivate staff with the ‘power of music’.

Alejandro Abad, who has sold 33 million records, wants to create songs to educate and motivate workers.

And his Barcelona-based organisation, ESART, is putting Abad’s 30 years of experience to use.

Abad said: “Workers need to know that their work is important. We create a song which all company employees sing – executives included.

“Everyone participates in some way or another in the process.”
