Home sweet home: The power of helping one another

homeless-brits3THE news that a homeless couple has at last found a new home is heart-warming news.

Thanks to the Olive Press’s campaign and the charity of good samaritans, Paul and Leslie Dunt and their 17 dogs again have a place to call their own.

It is a reminder of the innate benevolence that exists deep within society.

If and when political or economic situations get tough and seemingly beyond our control, let us remember the power we have among ourselves to make lives better for one another.
