British hiker seriously injured after falling 130ft from Mallorca hill

FALL: British hiker was walking along Cami del Pintor

A BRITISH hiker is in serious condition after falling 130ft from a Mallorca hill.

The 63-year-old man was walking with his partner when he plummeted near Deia on Thursday afternoon.

Firemen and Guardia Civil officers rushed to the scene at around 1.30pm after a call from the victim’s partner.

He was airlifted by helicopter from Cami dels Pintors to Son Espases hospital suffering from multiple injuries.
