TRUMP: In Spanish mountains

THE eldest son of US president Donald Trump has been seeking solace in Spain as his divorce proceedings get underway back home.

Donald Trump Jr posted pics from his trip to the mountains on Instagram.

The 40-year-old donned camouflage for his trek in the Beceite Mountains in Aragon, where he was staying in a farmhouse.

He posted a picture of the home, saying: “I’m told it has been standing here for centuries…they don’t build things like they used to.”

He also posted a snap of himself as well as a picture of him and his friend, who was likewise wearing camouflage and had binoculars around his neck.

“Some truly incredible scenery and terrain here in Spain this weekend,” he wrote.

“Really rugged and unique. I hope you all had a great #weekend too.”

Other photos included a snap of his steak as well as a photo of him sitting on a cliff in the mountains.

The trip came after his estranged wife Vanessa reportedly filed for divorce shortly after her family’s multi-million dollar windfall from her late father’s investments.

Vanessa’s family found newfound financial security from her late father’s investments, which are said to have been ‘life changing’.

Vanessa’s father, Charles Haydon was a Manhattan lawyer whose clients included Marilyn Monroe and Broadway producer Abe Hirschfeld.
