Policia Nacional are heading up the latest shooting

A COSTA del Sol neighbourhood has reported three shootings in less than a week.

Police were called to Las Flores, in Fuengirola, for the third time last night after residents heard several shots being fired in calle Bartolome Espejo.

Investigators arrived to see two individuals dressed in dark clothes fleeing the scene before discovering four bullet casings on the ground.

It comes after police were called to the area with similar reports on two previous occasions this week.

Sunday saw a massive brawl of more than 30 people before residents heard a succession of gunshots.

Police later found large knives and sticks at the scene.

Just 24 hours later, the fight continued in the same area, with shots fired yet again.

Residents would only have a couple of days of peace before the violence erupted again last night.

Policia Nacional have taken over the investigation.
