The same warning has been extended to the Almeria coast, including Levante Almeriense, Poniente and the provincial capital, where sea conditions are expected to become particularly rough during the day.
Granada’s coast will also remain under a yellow alert, with forecasts predicting waves of up to three metres combined with intense winds from the west and southwest.

Light to moderate rainfall could affect parts of eastern Andalucia, especially in the mountains.
Temperatures are also expected to dip slightly, while strong westerly winds are likely to continue along the Mediterranean coastline, with occasional very strong gusts.
