FOUR people have been detained in a police crackdown on illegal housing.
The Guardia Civil claim the detainees, who are believed to be an architect and four employees of an un-named estate agency, falsified documents to enable the building of houses on unclassified land in Chiclana, Cádiz.
Further arrests have not been ruled out.
