Gibraltar checks cleared

The European Commission has ruled there is no evidence that Spanish customs checks on the Gibraltar border are in breach of EU rules.

  1. Oh Sure! Did the members of the European Commission personally have to wait in the 100 meter + line to be examined by Customs and enter Spain before rendering their decision/opinion/suggestion/thought/guess? Baroness Ashforth needs to do this to “check validity” of decision.
