THE rain in Spain has fallen mainly in the first two weeks of May.

Making the most of the dark skies, the lads at the Costa Gaels Gaelic football club held an alternative training session. And fitting for Marbella, a lilo was involved.

Taking place at a sodden Marbella Rugby Club last night, the Gaels swapped football drills for an impromptu lilo-sliding competition.

While the first attempt was nailed by local personal trainer Luke Hill, the group was left in fits of laughter when teammate Eddie Kavanagh fell flat on his face.

Well played.
