Noisy delay

Changes in regulations will allow town halls to enforce noise pollution laws, rather than it being a Junta issue – a decision which took two years to reach.

  1. Please can you tell me which regulations have been changed as I have a problem with our neighbours dogs(20 of them) who bark all night. I have tried Seprona who have now passed the file to the town hall but the mayor is not accepting it is his responsiblilty to help me. I need to state to him the actual law.
