ANDALUCIA is a dramatically cheaper place to learn to drive than other parts of Spain, a consumer analyst (OCU) reveals.
Learning to drive in San Sebastian costs three times as much as it does in Sevilla and even twice the going rate in capital Madrid.
Whereas in San Sebastian getting your licence costs over €1,500, it is around €800 in Madrid and under €550 in Sevilla.
The difference is apparently down to deals between driving schools and partly to due to the different costs of living across Spain.
No wonder Andalucia has such bad drivers lol. Schools teach the bare minimum; “you get what you pay for” is so true in this case.
