PROPERTY prices in Spain are soaring to pre-crisis levels.
The dark days appear to be over for the Spanish market, with a 7.5% increase for homes in the second quarter.
Data from the Colegio de Registradores de la Propiedad has confirmed that property is now on average the same price as it was in 2004.
