MALLORCA’S Palma boat show has proven to be the most successful yet.

The five-day event, which ended yesterday, saw 20% more boats and 10% more exhibitors than last year.

Not including the final day, the show was witnessed by 32,000 visitors, a 10% increase on last year.

More than €400 million is expected to have been turned over by the industry, while more than 2,500 were employed as a result.

Around 4,000 national and international brands from more than 20 countries were present at the show, cementing it as one of the most important calendar events in the Balearics.
