A TWISTED father has been cuffed after sexually abusing his son and infecting him with a sexually transmitted disease.
Policia Nacional arrested the man in La Linea de la Concepcion, Cadiz, on October 31.
It came after the 19-month-old boy was treated in the local hospital for the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Doctors alerted cops immediately before an investigation was launched.
Police were able to swiftly collect enough evidence to point to the father as the abuser.
A raid at his home also found 5,000 packs of smuggled tobacco.
He is being held in custody as investigations continue.
