Weather warnings issued as Spain’s Andalucia to BAKE in 39ºC heat this weekend

WEATHER warnings have been issued as temperatures across Andalucia are set to hit 39ºC.

The provinces of Huelva, Sevilla, Cadiz, Cordoba and Jaen have been placed on yellow alert for ‘maximum temperatures’.

The warnings issued by Spain’s weather agency AEMET are in place from today until Saturday.

Meanwhile those heading to the Feria de Malaga will experience highs of 32ºC throughout the weekend.

The only place in Spain on orange alert throughout the weekend is Gran Canaria on Friday, when temperatures will rise to 37ºC.
