COVID-19 figures hold firm on Spain’s Costa Blanca

COVID 19 figures rise above 100 cases per 100,000 mark...

197 NEW COVID-19 cases have been reported in Alicante Province in the latest update from Valencia’s Health Ministry last night(October 6).

That’s the same figure as 24 hours earlier in the previous report that covered all of last weekend.

The Valencian Community as a whole recorded 589 new coronavirus positives and 13 deaths in the Tuesday evening update.

123 people are in Alicante Province hospitals, with 32 of those in ICUs.

New outbreaks have been reported in Pilar de la Horadada(five cases), Elche(four cases) and Denia(three cases).
