Watch: Girl in Spain finds huge snake slithering in her bed – and has no idea where it came from

THIS is the moment emergency services recovered a snake from the bedroom of a young girl in southern Spain last night.

At around 3.55am, the Policia Local in Sevilla received a panicked phone call from the terrified minor.

As she was trying to get to sleep, she had noticed the tail of a snake moving in the space between her bed and bedroom wall.

The 112 Emergency Service said in a statement: “A call was received from a girl on the 092 number of the Local Police who, crying and in a great state of distress, asked for help because, when going to sleep, she had observed the tail of a snake behind the headboard of her bed, large in size.

“She did not know where it came from or how long it had been in her home.

“Police officers and #Bomberos (firefighters) went to her house to remove the snake, that was then deposited in town hall offices until it was delivered to the Zoosanitary.”

It added: “This morning, efforts will be made to identify the species of reptile, locate its home and verify the circumstances of its possession.”
