A SERIAL ‘upskirt’ voyeur has been jailed in Sevilla after filming 94 women in changing rooms at a Sevilla shopping centre.
Police discovered more than 150 illicit videos on the man’s phone, recorded between December 2024 and June 2025.
The investigation began in June 2025 after a German tourist alerted police, saying she had been filmed from the neighbouring changing room.

The man was arrested but refused to hand over his phone to officers. He was later brought before a judge, who ordered his release.
However, police were permitted to examine the device, where they discovered more than 150 videos of women recorded without their consent in changing rooms, public spaces and inside the man’s home.
The serial voyeur would go to a Sevilla shopping centre after work and take position inside a changing room.
From there, he would allegedly place his phone under the walls or into air vents to film women while they were changing.
He is also said to have targeted women in the corridors of a shopping centre, approaching those wearing skirts and filming upskirt images without their consent.
In addition to targeting women at shopping centres, the suspect also filmed his female neighbours.
Police say he filmed his neighbours through their windows and would also place a laundry basket in a shared area of the apartment building, concealing his phone inside it to record images up their skirts as women passed by.
The detainee also began recording at his own home in the summer of 2022, placing cameras in the bathroom and a bedroom, and filming women who he had relationships with while they were naked.
One of the victims later reported him not only for secretly recording her in private, but also for sexually abusing her in 2022, just days after the footage was taken.
The revelation of the man’s alleged behaviour reportedly came as a shock to friends and colleagues, who described him as ‘well-dressed’ and seemingly respectable.
He is now charged with 106 counts of disclosure of secrets and one count of sexual assault, and a judge has ordered him to be remanded in custody ahead of trial.
