A GERMAN tourist was arrested in Marbella for allegedly sexually assaulting a young woman after the victim managed to record him in the act.Â
The incident took place on June 24 in a rental apartment in Estepona where the attacker and two more tourists were spending their holidays.
The 20-year-old girl had initially joined them willingly, but then one of them went with her into a bedroom and locked the door.

The victim tried to escape through a window, but the aggressor closed the window through which she was trying to scream for help.
She then decided to record him, clearly showing his face, which would later be key for the police to arrest him.
The victim managed to escape and call the Policia Nacional, but by the time they arrived, the tourists had fled the scene.
