Murcia golf hotel crowned best in Spain

A FIVE-star hotel in Murcia has been crowned ‘Spain’s Best Golf Hotel’, beating nine Andalucian venues.

The Hotel Principe Felipe in La Manga had a year to remember after opening a new €1m world-class golf tuition facility at the venue and its own golf academy.

Ernie Els’ Malaysian Hotel Els Club Teluk Datai was also named the ‘World’s Best New Golf Course’ at the inaugural World Golf Awards hosted in Portugal.
