MALAGA coach, Bernd Schuster, has admitted he would allow doping substances if it would speed recovery.
“As long as it’s done for regeneration, I have no problem with it,” the German told magazine ‘Sport Bild Plus’.
“It’s not about getting a player to give 120, 150 or 180 per cent of their normal performance. It’s about getting them back up to their standard as soon as possible”.
this would mean that when tested they would still have these substances in their systems
so you would not be able to tell if someone was useing
for regeneration or to boost performance
Isn’t that the general idea Rob? He may have been wiser to refer to “medication” rather than “doping”.
