With the World Health Organisation slamming processed meats, Iberico hams are becoming increasingly sought after worldwide, particularly in China.

Shunning processed meats the Asian powerhouse is desperately trying to introduce Spanish hams into its diet.

In fact, the Chinese appetite for Spanish pork has risen significantly with imports rising 35% last year, making China the second-largest market to import Spanish meats, just behind France.
