THE number of people in Spain registered as jobless rose by 0.21% in November from a month earlier, according to figures released by the Labour Ministry. 

This means 7,255 people no longer have a job, bringing the total to 3.47 million people out of work.

However, the number of people who are registered unemployed actually fell by 22,744 people from a month earlier.

The figures also show that the number of people registering as out of work in the service sector rose by 23,048 people, but fell in agriculture, industry and construction.
