CLOCKS will go forward this weekend.

It comes as spring officially starts today.

This year, Sunday, March 25 marks the start of BST and clocks go forward by one hour.

The change ensures that there is more more daylight in the evenings and less in the mornings.

The clocks will move forward at 2am Spain time.
