Rollback on COVID-19 record high in Spain’s Valencian Community

New Covid 19 Cases Continue To Rise In Spain S Valencian Community

NEW coronavirus cases recorded a fall last night(November 11) after a Tuesday’s daily record in the Valencian Community.

Health ministry figures showed 1,936 new positives and 15 deaths compared to 2,341 cases and 39 fatalities 24 hours earlier.

The bulk of the new cases continues to be in Valencia Province which logged 1,125 new infections.

Alicante Province, including the Costa Blanca, recorded 550 cases with four deaths.

Hospitalisations in Alicante Province stand at 504, with 88 patients in ICUs.

There have been 14 new outbreaks of which four are in Elche with 23 cases.

Two outbreaks totalling eight infections caused through socialisation have been reported in Denia.

Other outbreaks have been announced in Benferri, Daya Nueva, and Crevillente, all through social contact.
