A NORWEGIAN teenager who was killed in a mystery hit-and-run incident was ‘barely able to speak’ and appeared heavily under the influence, it can be revealed.
A witness who saw the 17-year-old Nikoline Piwoni Hoie at a Marbella nightclub just hours before her death last month told the Olive Press she was ‘clearly drugged’.
The fellow clubber – who was standing next to the teenager at Funky Buddha, in Puerto Banus – says she saw her shortly before she left the club.

The Norwegian holidaymaker had been killed on the A7 motorway a couple of hours later.
She had been dropped off on the side of the motorway in Mijas by an Uber driver, with allegedly two or three men beside her.
The new eyewitness account could provide a crucial clue to the final hours of Nikoline, who was spotted talking to a group of Moroccan men at a Repsol petrol station across the road.
She had lost touch with her friend and was allegedly talking to another ‘dark-haired’ girl she had met.
The clubber, who has insisted on remaining anonymous, said what really stood out was her condition.
“She seemed disoriented and was struggling to speak properly before she left the venue,” she revealed.
The witness says the teenager was with ‘several young men’ who appeared Scandinavian and ‘were very tall’.
“She was ordering a drink right next to me and was practically incoherent. I really don’t think she needed another drink,” she added, estimating the time to be around
Nikolene was eventually struck and killed at around 5.20am after apparently attempting to cross the motorway on foot, despite reports that a pedestrian underpass was available nearby.
Why she chose to walk onto the road remains unclear.

If toxicology confirms the presence of a powerful sedative or other unexpected substances, it could provide an explanation for her disorientation and why she crossed there.
It would also raise much more serious questions. What had she taken? And who was with her at the time?
The Olive Press confirmed last week that the CCTV at the Repsol petrol station has not yet been sought by police.
It comes despite claims by a Danish tourist that Nikolene was speaking to four men, apparently Moroccan, alongside a white car on the forecourt.
She was so concerned for the teenager she took a photo of the group and car and has since given her evidence to police.
The Repsol manager confirmed that police have not yet requested the CCTV footage, which he said cannot be handed over without an official request from officers.
He added that all recordings are automatically deleted after a month, meaning it is now impossible to retrieve any footage.)
The new testimony now adds another unanswered question to Nikoline’s final hours: what, if anything, had caused her to appear so disoriented before leaving the club?
Until the toxicology results are released, there is no evidence establishing whether her condition was caused by alcohol, drugs or any other substance.
Police enquiries into the circumstances surrounding her death remain ongoing.
