FANS of the anonymous cult graffiti artist Banksy are speculating that their idol may have been monkeying around on the Rock.
The image of a monkey wearing a crown has been spotted in Market Square done in a stencilling technique remarkably similar to the English artist’s signature style.
But while hope remains it was the man himself, Banksy – from Bristol – has attracted a growing following of wannabe’s, who have taken to imitating his unique style.
It begs the question, does Gibraltar have its very own Banksy?
