THIS is the first picture of the one punch Briton who killed an alleged German paedophile in Spain.

Going by the name ‘Victor Kainth’ locally, he worked out every morning in a local gym and was ‘as hard as nails’ said one friend.

Now charged with homicide, he leaves a wife and three kids alone in Sotogrande.

The ‘stocky and well-built’ expat moved to Sotogrande full time a year ago, and has two children in private school. A third goes to nursery.

He and his London ‘blonde bombshell’ wife are well-known in the resort for their matching black and white Range Rovers, and expensive spending habits.

He is believed to have killed German expat Sandro Rottman after knocking him to the ground with just one powerful punch.

A fight broke out between the two men – who, the Olive Press can reveal, had previously been getting on well in the restaurant and drinking together – after Rottman took photos of Kainth’s young daughter.

Rottman, who had lived in Sotogrande for a decade, regularly tweeted about his uncanny interest in children.

In one recent tweet he posted a picture of a three-year-old girl at a local swimming pool in 2013, saying what a ‘beautiful young girl’ she was, and how he had spent the day with her in Sotogrande.

A manager of a restaurant in Sotogrande who knew the German well, confirmed Rottman had been banned from several restaurants in the resort and was known as a problem drinker.

He said: “I heard that the father arrested had flicked through the photos on the German’s tablet, and seen photos of his own daughter, followed by pornographic images of other young children.”

Police are still investigating the murder.

  1. Let this be a message to all sexual predators . Paedophiles cannot and should not be tolerated in our society and I sincerely hope and trust that the Spanish authorities will act expeditiously in their investigation and make the right decision to release and absolve Victor. Free Victor !!

  2. This articule is disgusting! Apart form playing on the usual dumb prejudice of Brits getting one over on Germans (the war is over ffs!) it also champions this moronic idiot who allegedly murdered some disturbed alchoholic based on what he saw in his phone. We’re supposed to live in a just, civil society not some vigilante thug UFC arena.

    • Totally agree! This “Numb Skull” with a short man complex and zero brainmatter had other choices rather than punching this guy to death this is not the 11 century we are living in at the moment!! Now his children will have lovely childhood memories of visiting daddy at the Penitentary for the rest of his life as in Spain there are no grey areas when it comes to murdering someone, EJIT!!! Should have spent a bit more time temporing that ego and exercising that mass between his ears if one exsists.

      • Your problem is that you don’t know your arse from your elbow.

The German man was given numerous warnings to stop filming his daughter. But he kept persisting, persisting, persisting, and persisting. As you can see father of the daughter reached the end of his tether, and his patience snapped.

It’s is easy for you to say he should have controlled himself. After all it was not your daughter that was been filmed.

          • i don’t agree with the saying “Two wrongs don’t make a right”

As far as i’m concerned he got what he deserved

        • I can not see in any of the articles that the Person taking the photos was “persisting, persisting, persisting, and persisting”. I presume from your knowledge that either you were there or you know Victor Kainth.

          • It’s is easy for you to say he should have controlled himself. After all it was not your daughter that was been filmed.

          • No i was not there, and i don’t know Victor Kainith. and yes the german man did keep “persisting, persisting, persisting, and persisting”. I presume that you do not read any other newspapers, e.g. Tmes, Guardian, Telegraph and you will see for yourself.

That German man no doubt, he had that very strong Teutonic mentality, thinking he could whatever he likes and get away with it

  3. Yes Jay Gore perhaps he got what he deserved indeed but I can assure you that is certainly not what the chap behind bars with the prospect having his family visit him every other Sunday for 50 minutes for the next 30 years is thinking.

    • Tell me what was his crime?

You can hardly say, having a meal with your family a crime.

After repeated warnings the german man was told, “stop filming my daughter !!!!, stop filming my daughter !!!!, stop filming my daughter !!!!, yet he kept persisting, persisting and persisting filming that man’s daughter, until father of the daughter reached the end of his tether.
That german man he obviously had that Teutonic mentality, thinking he could do whatever he wants and get away with it,
