Dynamic duo

A BRITISH MP and Gibraltar’s UK ambassador have formed an unlikely crime-fighting team.

The deadly duo – Lindsay Hoyle, MP for Chorley in Lancashire and ambassador Albert Poggio – managed to stop a gang of robbers in their tracks.

It happened after they left a reception and spotted the North Face clothing shop being broken into.

The brave pair challenged the thieves and managed to wrestle one off his motorbike.

Hoyle said: “Instinct kicked in and I yelled ‘what do you think you’re doing?

“One of the motorcyclists drove at me with his bike, but I managed to pull him off.”
