A BULGARIAN 13-year-old is thought to have given birth and hidden her child in a wardrobe, a case the Guardia Civil are currently investigating.
The baby, who had died, was discovered by the girl’s 15-year-old cousin who allegedly disposed of the body on waste ground near their home in Orihuela in Alicante.
The pair confessed when the mother of the baby was rushed to hospital with heavy bleeding.
An autopsy will be carried out to determine whether the baby was born dead, as the teenager has claimed.
