Under attack

It was a sad day when Andalucia’s oldest expat radio station Coastline FM was taken off air this week after receiving an order from the Junta.

Despite being in a crisis the Spanish authorities are continuing to make it difficult for expat stations by refusing to renew their licences and it would be awful if they were not allowed to return.

It is unknown how soon the station will be able to serve its community again and we wish it the best of luck for getting back on air.

In an age where the power of the radio continues to grow, we are happy to announce we will be supporting another successful station, Talk Radio Europe, as they host Cudeca’s charity telethon on Friday.
