AN infamous Magaluf sex video was set up to damage the club it was filmed in, it has been claimed.
A witness in nightclub boss Tolo Cursach’s case claimed the shocking 2014 mamading film of an 18-year-old British girl performing oral sex on 24 men was fixed by rivals.
Following the tape’s release, the bar and club-night organisers were fined and the venue closed for a year.
“It was a set up,” the unnamed Magaluf businessman told investigators, according to local paper Diario de Mallorca.
“The girl didn’t do it of her own free will.”
‘King of The Night’ Cursach, who owned Toto’s and BCM nightclubs, faces 15 charges including corruption and homicide.
Meanwhile, a witness told investigators Cursach would pack crowds of underage children into his nightclubs BCM and Tito’s ‘like there was no tomorrow’.
It also emerged that police had tapped Cursach’s phone for two years leading up to his arrest.
Detectives listened to his conversations between December 2014 and January 2016, as he revealed numerous corrupt practices and how to control the island’s nightclub scene.
Among other revelations were discussions about whether Cursach’s lawyer could get ‘his friend in the Tax Agency to do what he has to do’.
Mallorca Tourism Board chief Pilar Carbonell was also allegedly heard to agree to help in expanding his Megapark business.
In phone calls, Carbonell, who is still in office, allegedly promised Cursach she would accelerate the paperwork so he could proceed with his plans
