The victim, 64, was jumped by a robber as she reached for her keys while walking to her front door in Algeciras.
A manhunt is on the way for the attacker, who can be seen punching and kneeing the woman in the head on Calle Carteya.
He snatches her purse as she falls to the floor.
She remains in hospital and is still recovering from her injuries.
